Generated Content may resemble outputs created for other users due to the nature of AI models
We do not guarantee the uniqueness, originality, or fitness for purpose of any Generated Content
Other users may generate substantially similar code or outputs
4.3 License You Grant to Us
By using the Service, you grant Coderia a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display Your Inputs and Generated Content solely for the purposes of:
Providing and improving the Service
Training and enhancing our AI models unless you opt out where available
Marketing and promoting the Service only with your explicit consent or for anonymized examples
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to:
Generate or upload content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or violates any third-party rights
Develop malware, exploits, ransomware, or any software intended to cause harm or unauthorized access
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or gain unauthorized access to our AI models or systems
Use the Service for any commercial purpose that competes directly with Coderia without prior written approval
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
6. Subscriptions and Billing
Coderia offers free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan:
You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods unless required by law
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its underlying AI technology, design, logos, and all original content excluding Your Inputs and Generated Content, is owned by Coderia or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our prior written consent.
8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI-generated code will meet your specific requirements, be production-ready, or be free from bugs or security vulnerabilities.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coderia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, but sections that by nature should survive such as ownership, licenses, disclaimers, and liability limitations will continue to apply.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Effective Date."
Your continued use of the Service after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
